Music for Monday

"Mighty to Save" by Hillsong United

Everyone needs compassion

A love that's never failing
Let mercy fall on me

Everyone needs forgiveness
The kindness of a Savior
The hope of nations

(Chorus:)
Savior
He can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save
He is mighty to save
Forever
Author of Salvation
He rose & conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave

So take me as You find me
All my fears & failures
Fill my life again

I give my life to follow
Everything I believe in
Now I surrender (I surrender)

(Chorus:) (2x)
Savior
He can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save
He is mighty to save
Forever
Author of Salvation
He rose & conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave

(Bridge:) (2x)
Shine Your light &
Let the whole world see
We're singing
For the glory
Of the risen King
Jesus

(Chorus)
You're the Savior
You can move the mountains
Lord You are mighty to save
You are mighty to save
Forever
Author of Salvation
You rose & conquered the grave
Yes You conquered the grave

(Bridge:)

Sickness returned to our home and I think it might finally be moving out but not soon enough! It has been challenging. I finished a round of antibiotics on a Monday and then was sick again on a Thursday. I'm not gonna lie. I cried. Not fun being sick but just a lousy time to be sick as life has been full for Ryan with work and grad school and Quinn's birthday was the 31st and Sela turned 19 months on the 1st and all I could do was lay in bed and take pills and eye drops because I had pink eye too--just me
thankfully but who gets pink eye plus some crazy head and chest virus! (I know that was a run on sentence but doesn't that just say it all when everything in life is just "running on") I'm still recovering and we made it through last week.

Life is always happening so there are birthday stories to tell, an exciting Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fundraising event that took place over the weekend that raised MONEY for Team Win With Quinn (yeah Mr Bruin at George Fox!), the end of Superwoman, and a new book to read.
