Yum, yum casserole!

A little post Thanksgiving and pre Christmas recipe to share that will treat your leftovers and tummy well.

Leftover Casserole (from my mom and grandma)

4 cups of turkey
1 box of stuffing
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2-3/4 c of milk

Grease a 9x13 pan. Cut up 4 cups of turkey (or chicken) and place turkey on bottom of pan. Make up a can of cream of chicken soup with the milk and pour 1/2 of mix over the turkey. Prepare a box of stuffing (or use leftovers) and spread the stuffing over the turkey and soup. Pour soup mixture over the stuffing.

Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

As a variation, you could add a layer of green beans or mashed potatoes.
